This week we talk a little about how our PPTQ went last weekend, spoiler alert not great. I had a ton of fun but it wasn’t our day to take home an invite. We also talk about the fact that I ordered some pauper cards. And looked at how pauper is taking the world by storm.

Actual reason for looking at the shownotes: Stella Maeve, I have taken to watching a show on SyFy The Magicians. Clearly, I have gone back in time and am a writer for this show. Every time I think okay that is about as messed up as I can see a SyFy show going, I think to myself “But wouldn’t it be amazing to go farther and do X?” Then they F*ing do it. Highly enjoy the show and a big part of that enjoyment is some of the eye candy just being completely willing to go to the extremes.

Not going to say that, Julia (Stella’s role) is hot, even though she is, but that joke is just too easy. No, she is intimidating as hell finding her inner planeswalker right before kidnapping a smuck. The show is great highly recommend it.

There is a window were Julia is missing part of her soul, and killing a forest of treants is the quickest way to victory. So she burns the forest to the ground. Yep, Hot.

Before we get started Travis pointed out that we need a Disclaimer for Strong Language this episode. We are joined this week by Money Guy Sean and his mouth may have run over a little bit. Mine too but hey blame the other guy.

This week we really talk about the fallout from all the WoTC changes have had in the last year or so. Sales are down collection values are falling and I had a short man draft this last week. I mean talk about cats and dogs living together…

We also talk about the Christine Sprankle situation which seems crazy to me but I don’t know all that much about it to be really honest. But I love cosplayers and I am not a fan of bullies. That is on all sides. Two Wrongs don’t make a right. So let people know that you disagree but don’t be a jerk.

Jerks go to pain school.

Now for something pleasant, I loved the OG Charmed TV show. Okay mostly I loved the Piper character played by Holly Marie Combs, and with the reboot looking like it is right around the corner I want to remind everyone of this amazing lady by making her the Troll Hottie of the show!
